约珥书第
章节 1
1 耶和华的话临到毗土珥的儿子约珥。
1 The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel.
2 老年人哪，当听我的话；国中的居民哪，都要侧耳而听。在你们的日子，或你们列祖的日子，曾有这样的事吗？
2 Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers?
3 你们要将这事传与子，子传与孙，孙传与後代。
3 Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation.
4 蛾虫剩下的，蝗虫来吃；蝗虫剩下的，尺蠖来吃；尺蠖剩下的，毛虫来吃。
4 That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten.
5 酒醉的人哪，要清醒哭泣；好酒的人哪，都要为新酒哀号，因为从你们的口中断绝了。
5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.
6 有一国又强盛又无数，侵犯我的地；它的牙齿如狮子的牙齿，大牙如巨狮的大牙。
6 For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.
7 它毁坏我的葡萄树，剥了我无花果树的皮，剥尽而丢弃，使枝子露白。
7 He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.
8 我的民哪，你当哀号，像处女腰束麻布，为幼年的丈夫哀号。
8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth.
9 素祭和奠祭从 耶和华的殿中断绝；事奉 耶和华的祭司都悲哀。
9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD’s ministers, mourn.
10 田荒凉，地悲哀；因为五谷毁坏，新酒乾竭，油也缺乏
10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
11 农夫啊，你们要惭愧；修理葡萄园的啊，你们要哀号；因为大麦小麦与田间的庄稼都灭绝了。
11 Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished.
12 葡萄树枯乾；无花果树衰残。石榴树丶棕树丶苹果树，连田野一切的树木也都枯乾；众人的喜乐尽都消灭。
12 The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.
13 祭司啊，你们当腰束麻布痛哭；伺候祭坛的啊，你们要哀号；事奉我 上帝的啊，你们要来披上麻布过夜，因为素祭和奠祭从你们 上帝的殿中断绝了。
13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God.
14 你们要分定禁食的日子，宣告严肃会，招聚长老和国中的一切居民到 耶和华─你们 上帝的殿，向 耶和华哀求。
14 Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD,
15 哀哉。 耶和华的日子临近了。这日来到，好像毁灭从 全能者来到。
15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.
16 粮食不是在我们眼前断绝了吗？欢喜快乐不是从我们 上帝的殿中止息了吗？
16 Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God?
17 谷种在土块下朽烂，谷仓也荒凉，仓房也破坏；因为五谷枯乾了。
17 The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.
18 牲畜何竟哀鸣。牛群混乱，因为无草；羊群也受了困苦。)”);
18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.
19 耶和华啊，我向你呼求，因为火吞灭旷野的草场；火焰烧尽田野的树木。
19 O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.
20 田野的走兽向你哀鸣；因为溪水乾涸，火也吞灭旷野的草场。
20 The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.
章节 2
1 你们要在锡安吹号，在我圣山吹出大声。国中的居民都要发颤。因为 耶和华的日子将到，已经临近
1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2 那日是黑暗丶幽冥丶密云丶乌黑的日子，好像晨光铺满山岭。有一队民又大又强；从来没有这样的，以後直到世世代代也必没有。
2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
3 他们前面如火吞灭，後面如火焰烧尽。未到以前，地如伊甸园；过去以後，成了荒凉的旷野；没有一样能躲避他们的。
3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
4 他们的形状如马，奔跑如马兵。
4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
5 在山顶蹦跳的响声如车辆的响声，又如火焰烧碎稭的响声，好像强盛的民摆阵预备打仗。
5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
6 他们一来，众民多有疼痛，脸都发黑。
6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.
7 他们如勇士奔跑，像战士爬城；各都步行，不乱队伍。
7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
8 彼此并不拥挤，向前各行其路，就是落在刀上，也必不致受伤。
8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
9 他们在城中跑来跑去，跑上墙，爬到屋上，进入窗户如同盗贼。
9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
10 在他们面前，大地要摇撼，诸天要震动，日月必致昏暗，星宿也必无光。
10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
11 耶和华在他军旅前发声，他的队伍甚大；成就他命的是强盛者。因为 耶和华的日子大而可畏，谁能当得起呢？
11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
12 耶和华说：虽然如此，你们应当禁食丶哭泣丶悲哀，一心归向我。
12 Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
13 你们要撕裂心肠，不撕裂衣服。归向 耶和华─你们的 上帝；因为他有恩典，有怜悯，不轻易发怒，有丰盛的慈爱，并且後悔不降所说的灾。
13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
14 或者他转意後悔，留下馀福，就是留下献给 耶和华─你们 上帝的素祭和奠祭，也未可知。
14 Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?
15 你们要在锡安吹号，分定禁食的日子，宣告严肃会；
15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:
16 聚集众民，使会众自洁：招聚长老，聚集孩童和吃奶的；使新郎出离洞房，新妇出离内室。聚集众民，使会众自洁，招聚老者，聚集孩童，和吃奶的。使新郎出离洞房，新妇出离内室。
16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.
17 事奉 耶和华的祭司要在廊子和祭坛中间哭泣，说： 耶和华啊，求你顾惜你的百姓，不要使你的产业受羞辱，使异教的民管辖他们；为何容他们在民中说：「他们的 上帝在哪里」呢？
17 Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?
18 耶和华就为自己的地发热心，怜恤他的百姓。
18 Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people.
19 耶和华应允他的百姓说：看哪，我必赐给你们五谷丶新酒，和油，使你们饱足；我也不再使你们在异教民中受羞辱；
19 Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:
20 却要使北方来的军队远离你们，将他们赶到乾旱荒废之地，前队赶入东海，後队赶入西海；因为他们所行的大事，臭气上升，腥味腾空。
20 But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.
21 地土啊，不要惧怕；要欢喜快乐，因为 耶和华行了大事。
21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.
22 田野的走兽啊，不要惧怕；因为，旷野的草长出，树木结果，无花果树丶葡萄树也都效力。
22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.
23 锡安的民哪，你们要快乐，为 耶和华─你们的 上帝欢喜；因他赐给你们合宜的秋雨，为你们於正月降下甘霖，就是秋雨丶春雨，和先前一样。
23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
24 禾场必满了麦子；酒醡与油醡必有新酒和油盈溢
24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.
25 我打发到你们中间的大军队，就是蝗虫丶尺蠖丶毛虫丶蛾虫，那些年所吃的，我要补还你们。
25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
26 你们必多吃而得饱足，就赞美为你们行奇妙事之 耶和华─你们 上帝的名。我的百姓必永远不至羞愧。
26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
27 你们必知道我是在以色列中间，又知道我是 耶和华─你们的 上帝；在我以外并无别神。我的百姓必永远不致羞愧。
27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.
28 以後，我要将我的灵浇灌凡有血气的。你们的儿女要说预言；你们的老年人要作异梦，少年人要见异象。
28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 在那些日子，我要将我的灵浇灌我的仆人和使女。
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 「在诸天之上，大地之下，我要显出奇事，有血，有火，有烟柱。
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 日头要变为黑暗，月亮要变为血，这都在 耶和华大而可畏的日子未到以前。
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.
32 到那时候，凡求告 耶和华名的就必得救；因为照 耶和华所说的，在锡安山，耶路撒冷必有拯救，在剩下的人中必有 耶和华所召的。
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
章节 3
1 「看哪，到那些日子，那时候，我使犹大和耶路撒冷被掳之人归回的时候，
1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 我要聚集列国，带他们下到约沙法谷，在那里施行审判；因为他们将我的百姓，就是我的产业以色列，分散在列国中，又分取我的地土，
2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
3 且他们为我的百姓掷签；又将男童换妓女，卖女童买酒喝。
3 And they have cast lots for my people; and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.
4 「推罗丶西顿，和巴勒斯坦四境的人哪，你们与我何干？你们要报复我吗？若报复我，我必使报应速速归到你们的头上。
4 Yea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? will ye render me a recompence? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head;
5 因你们夺取我的金银，又将我美好的宝物带入你们庙中。
5 Because ye have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly pleasant things:
6 并将犹大人和耶路撒冷人卖给希腊人，使他们远离自己的境界。
6 The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border.
7 看哪，我必兴起他们离开你们所卖到之地，又必使报应归到你们的头上。
7 Behold, I will raise them out of the place whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompence upon your own head:
8 我必将你们的儿女卖在犹大人的手中，他们必卖给远方示巴国的人。这是 耶和华说的。
8 And I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they shall sell them to the Sabeans, to a people far off: for the LORD hath spoken it.
9 当在外邦人中宣告说：要预备打仗，唤醒勇士；使一切战士上前来。
9 Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:
10 要将犁头打成刀剑，将镰刀打成戈矛；软弱的要说：我有勇力。
10 Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.
11 你们一切异教的民啊，你们要招聚前来，一同四围聚集。 耶和华啊，求你使你的大能者降临。
11 Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O LORD.
12 任凭异教之民兴起，上到约沙法谷；因为我必坐在那里，审判四围异教的民。
12 Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
13 你们开镰吧。因为庄稼熟了；你们下去吧。因为酒醡满了。酒池盈溢；他们的罪恶甚大。
13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
14 许多许多的人在决定谷，因为 耶和华的日子临近决定谷。
14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
15 日月昏暗，星宿无光。
15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
16 耶和华必从锡安吼叫，从耶路撒冷发声；诸天大地就震动。 耶和华却要作他百姓的盼望，作以色列人的力量。
16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
17 你们就知道我是 耶和华─你们的 上帝，且又住在锡安─我的圣山。那时，耶路撒冷必成为圣；外邦人不再从其中经过。
17 So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.
18 到那日，大山要滴新酒；小山要流奶子；犹大溪河都有水流。必有泉源从 耶和华的殿中流出来，滋润什亭谷。
18 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.
19 埃及必然荒凉，以东变为凄凉的旷野，都因向犹大人所行的强暴，又因在本地流无辜人的血。
19 Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
20 但犹大必可居住到永远，耶路撒冷必存到世世代代。
20 But Judah shall dwell for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.
21 我必洗除他们未被我洗除的流血的罪，因为 耶和华住在锡安。
21 For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion.
